Wawa’s Inaugural Standalone Drive-Thru Opens
Wawa debuted their first-ever standalone drive-thru location in Falls Township. With construction starting in September of last year, the building was finished in recent weeks and staff was trained to operate the 1,800-square-foot booth that offers drive-thru to customers next to the existing Wawa convenience store with a gas station and the Rite Aid at the corner of West Trenton Avenue and Pine Grove Road in the Morrisville section of Falls Township.

The new concept for Wawa features a menu with sandwich and hoagie combos, burgers and fries, soup, salads, pasta meals, bowls, doughnuts, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, milkshakes, smoothies, and kids’ meals. At present, the location does not offer non-food or drink items.
 
Karisma Joins Forces With Affirm to Offer Guests Monthly Payment Plans
Karisma Hotels & Resorts is partnering with Affirm, a financial installment loan lender, to enable travelers to break down the cost of their vacations at the company’s portfolio of resorts through monthly payments.
“Guests booking directly on KarismaHotels.com can select Affirm as a payment option at checkout and then check their eligibility to see the available payment options,” Karisma said. “Eligible guests can split the cost of their booking into simple monthly payments. When paying with Affirm, guests will see pricing upfront and never pay more than they agree to at checkout.”
 
Recycling Perks rebrands to EnviroPerks
The Chesapeake, Virginia-based recycling rewards program, Recycling Perks, has rebranded to EnviroPerks. The company says the new name better reflects its new, extended benefits program. With the addition of its Loyalty+ platform, EnviroPerks says its program has increased its savings potential for customers of waste haulers across the country.

EnviroPerks is a customer loyalty program that rewards its members for being loyal waste hauler customers. By providing added value in the form of discounts and rewards, customers of participating haulers can save more than they spend on their monthly hauling service, according to the company. Using an online interface, members use earned loyalty points to choose from hundreds of EnviroPerks rewards and thousands of no-points-needed Loyalty+ discounts.

Papa John’s is releasing Not-Chicken Vegan Bites made from vegetable protein and coated in crispy southern-fried breadcrumbs. These will be served in a portion of 10 bites with your choice of Papa’s dip (Special Garlic, BBQ, Buffalo, and Pizza Sauce are vegan).

Moreover, there is a brand new limited-edition vegan pizza entitled The Alice Tai launching for Veganuary. This plant-based pizza has been created by swimmer and Paralympic Gold medalist Alice Tai and is topped with vegan sausage, chestnut mushrooms, fresh tomatoes, sweetcorn, onions and black olives.
