For its Employee Appreciation Day, Noodles & Company will celebrate all restaurant workers with a free bowl on March 2, 2023. Keeping with its mission of delivering Uncommon Goodness, the restaurant chain will include not only its own 8000+ employees, but employees from any restaurant brand in the U.S.
The free meal is part of Noodles & Company’s effort to recognize the challenges restaurant workers faced over the past few years in and immediately after the pandemic.
“This offer is our way of giving back to all those who make good food moments possible. It doesn’t matter if you work at a big restaurant or small, or in the front of the house or back, we’re offering free bowls of Noodles for all to take a break and experience what Noodles has to offer,” said Stacey Pool, Chief Marketing Officer at Noodles & Company.
Additionally, Noodles & Company will focus its efforts on its own team members starting March 3rd through a partnership with WellCents. The partnership will provide team members with a comprehensive financial wellness program to help them plan their financial future, goals, and work with finance experts.
