Wendy’s breakfast is starting to roll out
Wendy's has confirmed several markets have started serving the new breakfast menu ahead of its U.S. launch date of March 2. “The full menu consists of nine sandwiches, including a morning edition of its famed Baconator,” according to a CNN article. “There are three new sandwiches served on croissants, biscuits and classic buns with eggs and meat. It's also debuting a maple bacon chicken croissant and a honey butter chicken biscuit. New side dishes include potato wedges and sausage gravy. There's a new blend of coffee and an iced Frosty-ccino.”

Mercedes-Benz Unveils AMG-Exclusive Tier for Luxury Vehicle Subscription Plan
“Mercedes-Benz is expanding its Mercedes-Benz Collection luxury vehicle subscription service to include a brand-new tier consisting exclusively of the company's AMG high performance models,” according to a company release. The AMG-Exclusive tier currently is available only in Atlanta. “With the AMG-Exclusive tier, our subscribers now have unlimited access to world-class performance luxury at their fingertips,” Heiko Schmidt, CEO of Mercedes-Benz Subscription Services USA LLC, said in the release. “For over 50 years, Mercedes-AMG’s reputation for automotive performance, quality and precision workmanship has built a strong customer following across the globe, including in the U.S. The pilot program in Atlanta is an incredible opportunity for our subscribers to be part of this rich tradition and experience the horsepower and thrill of the drive synonymous with our best-in-class Mercedes-AMG vehicles.”

Impossible Burger Named the Preferred Plant-Based Burger of Disney
Impossible Foods recently announced an alliance with Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, with the Impossible Burger being designated as the “Preferred Plant-Based Burger” of Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort and Disney Cruise Line. This follows Disney’s September 2019 announcement of plans to add plant-based options at all major quick and table service dining locations in their U.S. theme parks.

Walmart steps up competition with Amazon by fulfilling orders for third-party vendors
“Walmart is launching a new service that allows third-party vendors to hire the retailer to store, pack and ship items for customers, a move that could better position the big-box retailer to compete against Amazon,” according to a CNBC.com article. “Through Walmart Fulfillment Services, third-party vendors that sell clothing or other items in Walmart.com’s marketplace can pay to have the retailer handle the logistics of getting items to a customer’s door.”
