Wendy's has announced that it is launching its Wendy's Rewards loyalty program today. This program will allow customers to earn points for buying their favorite menu items. The brand is also kicking off the program by giving double points on a customer's first order for a limited time.
To use this program, customers need to create a MyWendy's account online or on the Wendy's app. Then they can earn points by purchasing items through the Wendy's app or website for pickup or delivery, or scanning the QR code on the Wendy's app at the counter, pickup window, or kiosk.
"Wendy's has some of the most loyal customers around, and we're thrilled to launch a program that rewards them for their excellent taste in craveable, high-quality food," said Carl Loredo, Chief Marketing Officer for The Wendy's Company, in a Wendy's press release. "What better way to reward them than with icons like Spicy Nuggs, Baconator, Frosty-ccino, Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit, and so much more."
Wendy's Rewards gives customers 10 points for every dollar spent on food and will also give members chances to earn bonus points on specific items from time to time.
The brand said that points would expire 365 days from when they were earned, as well as rewards, which will expire 30 days from the day they were claimed unless it is otherwise said. Customers can use one reward and one offer per order.
The following rewards are already available to purchase using points:
150 Small Frosty®
150 4pc Chicken Nuggets
150 Sausage Biscuit
