Audi Looking To Improve Customer Experience In The U.S. Carscoops.com says Audi is looking to improve customer experience in the U.S. this year following a profitable 2020 for its local dealer network. President of Audi of America, Daniel Weissland, believes that the recent launch of the e-tron GT has given Audi the opportunity to better connect with its customers.
“What we can influence — and it’s definitely one of our focus points — we want to obviously increase our customer experience,” Weissland told Auto News. “We have the best and most electrified product portfolio in 2021 that we’ve ever had, with the E-tron GT coming, and later the year, the Q4 E-tron and the Q4 E-tron Sportback. We now have a full-fledged electric portfolio.”
Salesforce Goes All In On Remote Working TheDrum.com reports that Salesforce announced it will permanently allow most of its employees to work from home, even after the Covid-19 pandemic has ended. The tech giant made the decision after hearing feedback from its employees and will create a ‘flex’ situation in which employers will come into an office just one to three days per week.
Only a small part of Salesforce’s workforce will continue to work from an office location four or more days per week. Employees who do not live near an office are free to work remotely indefinitely.
“As employers, we have an opportunity to create an even better workplace – one that allows us to be more connected to each other, find more balance between work and home, and advance equality – ultimately leading to increased innovation and better business outcomes,” said Brent Hyder, the chief people officer at Salesforce.
Panda Express Invites Guests To Celebrate Moments
Panda Express, the largest family-owned and operated Asian dining concept in the U.S., has sparked a celebration in honor of Lunar New Year, one of the world's biggest festivals centered around food, family and togetherness.
For years, Panda has celebrated with guests in-store by gifting customary lucky red envelopes, or "hóng bāo" on the first day of Lunar New Year. With festivities looking a bit different than years before, the American Chinese restaurant brand takes this time-honored tradition digital — to spread good fortune to even more people nationwide no matter how close or far they may be. Through Feb. 28, guests can visit www.PandaLNY.com on their mobile phones to send their own virtual celebrations and personalized well-wishes to loved ones through this digital red envelope experience. Panda will also share special offers with every guest who sends and receives a digital red envelope during the festivities.

Fiverr Announces Subscriptions, New Feature Between Freelancers and Customers
Fiverr International is launching Subscriptions, a new feature that allows freelancers on Fiverr the opportunity to establish long-term, ongoing relationships with their customers. In the past, Fiverr has only offered the ability to pay on a per-project basis, so this is a huge step for the company as it continues to expand its product offerings and services to appeal to larger businesses, agencies and corporate teams.
“In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, more businesses are tapping into remote, freelance talent than ever before. Managers have become comfortable managing remote talent and businesses have realized that by working with freelancers, they are able to increase their agility and flexibility, which allows them to scale quickly” said Micha Kaufman, Fiverr CEO. “However, every business is built differently and has needs that are unique to them. Subscriptions gives our community members control over how they want to work together and empowers them to work in ways that best suit their needs.”
