Caesars Donates $3.3 Million to Non-Profits
Caesars Entertainment has donated $3.3 million to dozens of national and local non-profit organizations through the company's corporate giving platform, the Caesars Foundation. Recipients include a first-ever partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of America. The gifts focus on organizations that fall into Caesars Entertainment's core values including non-profits focusing on responsible gaming, sustainability and diversity, equity and inclusion.

"At Caesars Entertainment, we're focused on giving back to the communities where our guests and Team Members live, work and play," said Heather Rapp, SVP of Corporate Social Responsibility.

Wyndham Announces Latest Environmental and Social Commitments
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts released its 2022 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report highlighting its dedication to operating in a socially, ethically and environmentally responsible way. As part of that commitment, the company announced that hotels across the world will be required, as part of their brand standard compliance, to attain level 1 in the Wyndham Green Program by April 2023.

Advancing its commitment to diversity, Wyndham unveiled its innovative "Women Own the Room" program, the first-ever program by a major hotel company specifically targeting women's advancement in hotel ownership.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts was also recognized as one of America's Most Responsible Companies for 2022 by Newsweek, which honors those with superior environmental and social responsibility practices.
 
Noodles & Company Announces New Employee Perks
Noodles & Company announced a new employee immigration reimbursement program to reimburse team members up to $500 every two years to aid them with fees associated with their immigration or work status.

Other new employee benefits include a General Manager Equity Partner Program; “Balance Bucks,” which reimburses expenses tied to mental, financial and physical well-being; a mental health series of workshops; and two employee resource groups, one focused on the LGBT community, and the other on BIPOC employees.

These programs can help the chain with retention, better facilitate employee engagement and inclusion, and promote innovation.
