Choice Hotels International, Inc. will allow members to exchange rewards points across its two rewards programs: Choice Privileges and Radisson Rewards Americas. Members can exchange points at a rate of two Radisson Rewards Americas per one Choice Privileges.
The move comes in response to Choice Hotel’s acquisition of Radisson Hotels Americas, giving members access to both loyalty programs. Benefits of both programs include:
Redeem points at 7,500+ locations
Access to exclusive rates
Redeem points for gift cards
Redeem points for stays
Exclusive college sports experiences
“Allowing our 66 million combined loyalty members to seamlessly exchange points is a testament to how we continue evolving our programs to create better value for both customers and owners,” says Robert McDowell, chief commercial officer, Choice Hotels.
To exchange points, customers will need to be members of both loyalty programs, which are free to join. They can exchange points by logging in to either program and following the prompts.
