KFC Launches Wraps to Engage Younger Customers

KFC launched its Kentucky Fried Chicken Wraps nationwide after successful tests in select Atlanta locations. The wraps are part of an effort to expand their audience.

The restaurant chain found its core customers are older than the average quick service restaurant and wants to expand to younger audiences. The wrap hits major interests for those audiences, including boneless chicken, a portable wrap, and lower price point.

Petco Expands Ecosystem of Partnerships

Petco expands their network of partnerships to help pet parents provide a better experience for their pets. As more customers embrace a “pets are people too” mentality, the retailer hopes to create a one-stop platform where customers can find everything they need.

The expanded platform — through their Vital Care loyalty program — creates a digital experience where customers can find discounts and services for all their pet needs. Services range from pet health and wellness to hotels with pet accommodations.
