Puttshack Unveils New Ambassador Ace Puttman, Elevates Customer Experience

International upscale mini-golf company Puttshack is spearheading a new campaign to introduce customers to its newest ambassador, Ace Puttman. In a six-part series of engaging videos, the brand aims to show viewers why Puttshack is “Technically, the Best” while showcasing the futuristic mini-golf experience the brand is known for. 

Puttshack is a unique, digitally immersive, imagined entertainment experience for all ages that infuses mini golf with technology, live entertainment, and internationally inspired food.  

The video series is intended to be equal parts educational and entertainment while delivering a fresh perspective on the classic game. The 30-second clips feature the charismatic, offbeat fictional host and golf enthusiast Ace Puttman. Videos lead viewers through the brand’s offerings, including an explanation of Puttshack’s groundbreaking and patented Trackaball™ Technology, which powers the mini golf courses and enables automatic scoring. There are also dynamic courses with interactive elements like Putt The Question, Supertubes, and the Prize Wheel, all intended to elevate the customer experience. 

Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of Puttshack, Susan Walmesley, stated, “While plenty of people are familiar with the traditional game of mini golf, our tech-infused version of the classic offers a whole new experience for our guests. This campaign gives us an opportunity to highlight the best parts of our brand, from the incredibly innovative technology behind the gameplay — such as our one-of-a-kind ball that enables pencil-free scoring on the course — to the elevated dishes and inspired drinks on our curated, chef-led menu. We’re thrilled to introduce audiences to our eccentric host, Ace Puttman, and offer a fun way for audiences to engage with our brand beyond our physical venues.” 

Coinciding with the campaign is Puttshack’s first Supertube Sweepstakes, available to Puttshack Perks loyalty members March 18 – April 14, 2024. The initiative promises to heighten engagement by rewarding players for participating and their achievements. Players will have a chance to score bonus points, and if they sink a Supertube during the promotion, they will score a free gameplay round to use when they return on their next visit to Puttshack. Players scoring two or more Supertubes will be entered for a chance to win the grand prize, an exclusive Puttshack party for 12 people, including food and drinks.
