Salesforce Launches Platform to Create NFT Loyalty Programs
Salesforce launched an NFT management platform to allow clients to build digital asset-based loyalty programs. Called Salesforce Web3, the platform gives brands the power to mint and sell NFTs, monitor blockchain activity, and view real-time customer data.
The platform comes after a successful pilot of 250,000+ transactions with Salesforce clients like Crown Royal, Scotch & Soda, and Mattel. While the platform allows brands to provide digital assets for customer loyalty, it also provides the brand with a wealth of first-party data.
The new feature introduces personalized challenges based on purchase behavior. Customer can play Challenges by downloading the Taco John’s mobile app and joining the free rewards program.
