The program integrates with other parts of Snooze’s technology stack, including the Snooze app and the OneDine system, which gives guests the option to pay at the table via quick-response, or QR, code.
citizenM Announces No Points Loyalty Program Dutch hotel-and-lifestyle brand citizenM has introduced a unique loyalty program called mycitizenM+. There are no points and no tiers. For $12 a month, members simply sign up to enjoy all the “perks without the points,” according to the company.
With the mycitizenM+ membership, citizenM guarantees an extra 10% discount off the lowest public rate, anytime. A room is also guaranteed, even during busy periods, for all member reservations made at least 48 hours in advance. Additional perks include free late checkout and a free upgrade to a premium view room, a “first in queue” chat service, early access to discounts and members-only events.
The campaign includes the launch of a microsite, ExperienceALL.com, which features bonus content with Chopra Jonas, special offers and vacation ideas.
The initiative will also promote Accor's summer savings offer, which enables guests to benefit from larger discounts the longer they stay at participating hotels.
