C&S Wholesale Grocers Purchases Piggly Wiggly Midwest
C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc., an industry leader in supply chain solutions and wholesale grocery supply in the United States, has entered into a definitive agreement with Piggly Wiggly Midwest with the intent to purchase the Wisconsin-based wholesaler. Piggly Wiggly Midwest operates corporate stores and services independent franchisees under a chain-style program. Since 1911, Sheboygan, Wisconsin has been the home to Piggly Wiggly Midwest's headquarters where it has its corporate offices and two of its distribution centers. A third distribution center is located in Milwaukee.

Teleflora Florists Will Deliver More Than 30,000 Surprise Bouquets
Teleflora and its network of professional florists across the country will spread joy throughout their communities to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Make Someone Smile Week. From Sunday, July 18, through Saturday, July 24, Teleflora member florists and local volunteers will surprise thousands of deserving individuals in need of a smile with handmade Be Happy® Bouquets.

The heartfelt floral arrangements will benefit hospital workers and patients, children in foster care, nursing home workers and residents, Meals on Wheels recipients, first responders, and many others whose day will be brighter because of this surprise gift.
 
Chase Teams With Tock to Support Local Restaurant Recovery
Chase and Tock announced a new offer for Chase restaurant clients on Tock to support restaurant and hospitality small businesses as they recover from the pandemic. Now through December 31, small business owners who operate restaurants, wineries, pop-ups, and events will receive up to $1,200 to put towards monthly subscription fees when they join Tock for one year and link their Chase business checking account.

By joining Tock, Chase small business owners get access to an innovative reservation and ordering platform, as well as the Tock to Go takeout and delivery program, reaching millions of diners across the country. Their businesses will also be integrated into Chase Dining within Ultimate Rewards, a program where millions of Chase credit card customers can earn and redeem points towards any pre-paid reservation, takeout order or events and experience on Tock.
