JetBlue and American Introduce Enhanced Loyalty Member Rewards
JetBlue and American Airlines announced new perks for TrueBlue Mosaic and AAdvantage loyalty status members when traveling on either airline. It is the latest round of customer benefits made possible by the airlines’ Northeast Alliance (NEA).
The top-level loyalty members are now eligible to enjoy an expanded list of their favorite perks, including more legroom, early boarding and dedicated overhead bin space. AAdvantage members also enjoy access to expedited security lanes at select airports.
Other benefits include convenient kiosk service and complimentary same-day flight changes. These benefits are in addition to existing perks first announced in 2021.
Captain D’s Opens Express Take-Out Only Prototypes
Captain D’s fast-casual seafood restaurant announced the opening of two new ‘Express’ prototype restaurants, featuring only a drive-thru and walk-up windows for ordering and picking up.
The brand is also continuing to convert its vacant restaurant properties with recent franchise openings. Captain D’s is focusing its efforts on corporate and franchise development in target markets throughout the South, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic states.
Captain D’s also celebrated the brand’s first double drive-thru in Tupelo, Mississippi.
The company is currently seeking single and multi-unit operators to join in the brand’s rapid expansion.
White Castle Announces New Loyalty Offers for Spring
White Castle welcomes spring with free food, discounted prices, and buy one get one free (BOGO) offers lined up for April, May and June.
Upcoming deals include special offers without a code or coupon, offers requiring a code or coupon found on the White Caste social media or website, and Craver Nation offers.
Some of the offers are available only to members of the free Craver Nation loyalty program in the White Castle app.
Lidl Malta Launches New Loyalty App
Supermarket chain Lidl Malta has announced its launch of Lidl Plus, a new digital loyalty program that allows customers to obtain benefits and services which can be accessed through their smartphones.
The Lidl Plus Loyalty app is a fully digital service that will allow Lidl customers to access benefits in a simple, practical, and fast way, including the ability to easily consult digital flyers and access their digital receipts available in real-time.
The new loyalty program will give customers access to a new series of coupons and periodic promotions. A second phase will offer customized deals based on the customer’s purchasing preferences.
