Taco Bell Offers Loyalty Members 30 Days of Nacho Fries for $10

The quick-service chain Taco Bell has introduced the Nacho Fries Lover’s Pass for members of its loyalty program. Available on the brand’s loyalty app for $10, the pass entitles customers to a regular order of Nacho Fries every day for 30 consecutive days. Taco Bell ran a similar promotion last year with its tacos.

"We're committed to pushing the boundaries of convenience and innovation for our biggest fans, our loyalty members. The Nacho Fries Lover's Pass is just one example of how we're leveraging digital technology to enhance their experience," said Dane Mathews, Chief Digital Officer at Taco.

Taco Bell is marking the launch of the Nacho Fries Lover’s Pass with live TikTok videos over the next few weeks.

7-Eleven Rolls Out Holiday Fan Merchandise Collection

The convenience chain 7-Eleven has released this year’s collection of branded holiday merchandise. Items available at the 7Collection store include apparel, beverage accessories, and gift wrap and bags. The store also offers gift cards for 7Collection merchandise.

Shoppers will receive 25% off all items for Black Friday weekend, November 22-26. On Cyber Monday, November 27, shoppers who purchase one item will get 50% off the second item purchased.

In addition, shoppers who sign up for the 7Now® Gold Pass November 23-27 will receive $100 in delivery credits. The 7Now® Gold Pass entitles customers to free delivery of more than 3,000 store items for $6.95 a month.

Holiday Shoppers Plan to Budget, Hunt for Deals — and Overspend

TD Bank has released the results of its 2023 Merry Money Survey, which suggests holiday shoppers will set budgets, if not stick to them. Seventy percent of the 2,000 U.S. consumers polled plan to make a shopping budget, but 96% expect to still overspend on gifts.

While they may splurge, 80% of shoppers indicated they actively seek discounts and special offers when making holiday purchases, and 66% said they plan to spend less in other areas. A strong majority of customers, 75%, do most of their holiday shopping during annual sales events, like Black Friday (51%), Amazon Prime Day (33%), and Cyber Monday (30%).

Thirty-seven percent of respondents plan to use a rewards credit card for holiday spending, with 78% using the rewards for cashback on purchases. Twenty-three percent plan to use their rewards for dining, 22% for travel, 17% for experiences, and 9% for other purposes. One in five holiday shoppers plan to apply for a new credit card to take advantage of signup bonuses.
