The fast-food chain, which has run its own outlets since launching in Russia in 1990, is lining up more partners after last year picking Russia’s largest restaurant holding company Rosinter ROST.MM as its first franchisee.
“Beyond the Urals, we are interested in Western and Eastern Siberia, and we are also considering franchising out restaurants in (Russia’s western) enclave of Kaliningrad,” says Russia CEO Khamzat Khasbulatov.
Tracfone is the largest reseller of wireless services in the US, serving approximately 21 million subscribers through a network of over 90,000 retail locations nationwide. A longtime partner of Verizon, more than 13 million Tracfone subscribers currently rely on Verizon’s wireless network through an existing wholesale agreement.

Hotels.Com Launches its First Credit Card
Hotels.com launch its first-ever credit card, the Hotels.com Rewards Visa Credit Card. The no-annual-fee card was designed with the traveler in mind, offering rewards that transform everyday spending into more rewarding travel.
As a Hotels.com Rewards member, consumers can collect one stamp for each night stayed at any eligible property. After collecting 10 stamps, they will get a reward night to stay at one of the half a million properties Hotels.com offers.
“We believe that traveling should be rewarding, and Hotels.com is excited to offer another way for travelers to earn more rewards through their everyday spending,” says Ben Blake, senior vice president for Hotels.com brand.
During a recent Stuff the Bus Food Drive to benefit the food bank’s Cutting Hunger on Weekends (CHOW) program, employees collected both monetary and food donations. Employees donated $5,510; the company matched that amount; and the Anacortes local giving committee added $5,000 to the cash donation. In addition, two pallets of food were given to the food bank.
