Capillary Launches AskAkira Research Assistant for Loyalty Marketers 

Capillary Technologies, a provider of customer engagement and loyalty SaaS platforms, will launch a new AI-powered content assistant — AskAkira. The new system leverages OpenAI technology to help brands build emotional connections with their customers. 

Capillary developed AskAkira in response to a survey of 250+ enterprise customers in which 50% of marketers stated that writing, editing, and optimizing content took a majority of their time. AskAkira reduces that time by suggesting appropriate messaging and personalized content. 

 

Hilton Honors Offers Summer Bonus Points for American Express Cardholders 

Leaning into summer travel, Hilton Honors — Hilton Hotels’ loyalty program — announced bonus point earning opportunities for its co-branded American Express cardholders. In the new promotion, new cardholders can earn between 70,000–150,000 bonus points in the first three months of card membership. 

Until July 19, 2023, new Card Members can take advantage of the following offers: 

  • Hilton Honors American Express Card: Card Members can earn 70K Bonus Points and 1 Free Night Reward that can be used at any of Hilton’s 7,000+ properties after spending $1K in purchases on their new Card in their first three months of Card Membership. 

  • Hilton Honors American Express Surpass Card: Card Members can earn 130K Bonus Points and 1 Free Night Reward that can be used at any of Hilton’s 7,000+ properties after spending $2K in purchases on their new Card in their first three months of Card Membership. 

  • Hilton Honors American Express Business Card: Card Members can earn 150K Bonus Points and 1 Free Night Reward that can be used at any of Hilton’s 7,000+ properties after spending $4K in purchases on their new Card in their first three months of Card Membership. 
     

TD Bank Introduces Two New Credit Card Options 

TD Bank announced a new suite of credit card products alongside improvements to the current card options. The launch introduces TD Clear — a no-interest credit card that charges a monthly fee — and TD FlexPay — which offers TD’s most flexible credit card payments. 

Additionally, TD is enhancing its TD Double Up and TD Cash credit cards. The current rewards cards will now offer increased cash back options with more ways to choose spend categories for those options.
