Caribou Coffee will remove extra charges on non-dairy milk options for Caribou Perks loyalty program members. Beginning May 4, 2023, members who order ahead using the Caribou Coffee App can access the savings.
Listening to customer purchase data, Caribou noted that 20% of all guest orders are customized with oatmilk or almondmilk. Additionally, Caribou Perks members lead the demand for non-dairy milk options, leading Caribou to offer complimentary milk substitutions to all customers for a limited time. Now, the benefit will be exclusively for loyalty program members.

Caribou will use the exclusive perk to drive more mobile orders through the Caribou Coffee app. Additionally, the free loyalty program offers more benefits beyond the non-dairy milk options.
