Casey’s Revamps Loyalty Program with New App and Savings

Casey’s announced an enhanced mobile app experience and new savings for its Casey’s Rewards loyalty program. The updated app improves the customer experience, allowing members to track points, redeem for rewards, and view savings easier than with the previous app.  

The convenience store chain gives loyalty members 10 points per $1 on in-store items and pizza and five points per gallon on fuel. With the new app, Casey’s Rewards users will also experience: 

  • Quick redeem options so to easily choose rewards 

  • Savings with Member Deals and personalized offers 

  • Lifetime savings tracker 

  • Shareable referral codes to invite friends and earn bonus points 

 

“As we listen to our guests, we’ve learned that what they love most about Casey’s Rewards is the way they can choose their rewards. Whether it’s Casey’s Cash to help pay for pizza night or extra cents off when filling the family vehicle, members have the flexibility to decide what works best for them,” says Tom Brennan, Chief Merchandising Officer at Casey’s. 

As Casey’s continues to invest in customer loyalty, more of its transactions come from Casey’s Rewards members. Customers can join the program for free and earn 10 cents off per gallon on their first fill up, a free donut or cookie on their birthdays, and bonus point opportunities on special occasions.
