California-based electronic vehicle manufacturer Fisker Inc. is giving its Loyalty Program members a better experience, offering lifetime benefits, giveaways, and perks that include charging credit, extended warranty, early access to new features, and more. Customers are automatically enrolled into the program and can earn points through referrals, visiting a Fisker Lounge, and arranging a test drive. Points can be redeemed for digital and physical rewards.
“I’m excited to give our loyal members the opportunity to elevate their ownership experience,” says Henrik Fisker, Chairman and CEO. “We are constantly looking to improve our Loyalty Program in ways that respond to our customers’ needs and that help us stand out from the competition.”
At present, the program is only available to North American and European customers, but the company plans to eventually offer it to customers/current reservation holders in other regions.
