Chipotle Campaigns Aimed at 15,000 New Hires for Burrito Season

Chipotle Mexican Grill is launching a new campaign to fill 15,000 jobs in preparation for Burrito Season, which runs from March to May. The campaign will feature current employees to drive applications by showcasing stories of its people and sharing the available career progression within the organization.

Chipotle will highlight six employees from across the nation who have risen through the ranks in the company, from crew member to manager. The employee stories add to Chipotle’s existing documentary style television ads showing daily tasks of its employees.

KFC Pays Full Tuition for Employees

The KFC Foundation announced a partnership with Western Governors University (WGU) to provide 100% paid tuition for restaurant employees who attend WGU. Participants can access more than 60 bachelor’s or master’s degree programs and certification programs in business, IT, education, or health care.

The perk is non-competitive, meaning every eligible employee who applies will receive tuition coverage. The new program adds to the KFC Foundation’s other grant, scholarship, and educational opportunities.
