It’s Just Wings Joins Physical Menus at Restaurants Nationwide

Brinker International, parent company of Chili’s and Maggiano’s, has made a big shift in its plan to bring its virtual brand, It’s Just Wings, into restaurants. It’s Just Wings was created in 2021 to cater to the growing demand for digital menus during the pandemic. The plans for It’s Just Wings include a real-world application to participating restaurants and include hot items like boneless and bone-in wings, a wide assortment of sauces, and more inside Chili’s new bar menu. It will occupy another section in Chili’s appetizer section to provide dine-in guests with new and exclusive items.

“We think this will either be an add-on or a trade-up from appetizers given the price of wings,” says CEO Kevin Hochman. Chili’s will leverage a new CRM platform to ensure this menu is top-of-mind for customers, especially during sporting events.

CFO Joe Taylor added that this move will also increase awareness of It’s Just Wings, which has previously only been available on third-party platforms.

“We do think this will drive the business a little bit, but it could be bigger. At a minimum, it’s a trade up, but we think it could eventually drive some traffic, especially with sports viewing, which starts with football,” says Hochman.

Albertsons has announced a new wellness solution is underway on its Sincerely Health™ Platform. The health brand is excited to share the latest digital enhancement to its Sincerely Health platform, a nutrition insights tool that measures grocery purchases based on the serving recommendations of USDA’s MyPlate guidance. The “Nutrition” functionality within the Sincerely Health experience empowers customers to make informed food choices based on their dietary preferences, household size and age group.

Sincerely Health supports users in their health goals by providing personalized food recommendations along with healthy, delicious recipes and insightful health articles, and other educational assets.
