Old Navy to Eliminate Plastic Bags by 2023
Old Navy announces the elimination of plastic shopping bags in the U.S. and Canada stores by 2023, alongside other plastic reduction commitments aimed at creating a greener, cleaner future for the next generation.

The brand will also invest in a new wave of earth-minded changemakers in honor of the 51st anniversary of Earth Day. In partnership with 11-year-old Next Gen leader Ryan Hickman of Ryan’s Recycling Company, Old Navy will fund 51 GoFundMe fundraisers from young advocates leading environmental progress in their communities.

Foot Locker and FreedomPay announced the implementation of FreedomPay's leading edge commerce platform across Foot Locker, Inc.'s 2,000 + US stores.

FreedomPay will now work with Foot Locker to provide an advanced, safe and secure in-store consumer payments experience for millions of U.S. shoppers. The new touchless capable payment system enables Foot Locker customers to have complete control over their checkout experience, giving consumers the option to pay via contactless payment methods and digital wallets all on their own device, including PayPal/Venmo.
