Claire’s Launching Displays in Walgreens Stores 

Claire’s announced the placement of dedicated displays in more than 4,400 Walgreens stores by the end of March 2024. The collaboration will make Claire’s product line of hair accessories, jewelry, and cosmetics more accessible while expanding Walgreens store merchandise offerings.  

Claire’s CEO Ryan Vero commented about the partnership: “As a one-stop destination for everyday needs, Walgreens services millions of people every day. Together, we will extend Claire’s trend-driven shopping experience to new and existing customers, giving Walgreens shoppers more to love, fostering deeper connections, and inspiring self-expression.” 

“Walgreens is proud to offer a wide assortment of must-haves for its customers. Whether they’re wanting to purchase a thoughtful and unique gift or treat themselves, adding Claire’s fashion accessories ensures customers have access to a wider variety of options. Walgreens delights in providing products that empower shoppers to be themselves, and we’re excited to add more brands to fit our shoppers’ needs all in one place,” said Dale Johnson, Walgreens Group Vice President and General Merchandise Manager. 

Claire’s has already successfully partnered with more than 40 pharmaceutical, grocery, toy, apparel, and department stores. Claire previously collaborated with Macy’s and Walmart. Then, in October 2023, the brand put displays of its fashion accessories in nearly 700 Kohl’s stores.

Love’s Travel Stops Partners with Blue Compass RV for Exclusive Discounts  

RV enthusiasts can look forward to substantial fuel discounts and savings on other amenities through a new partnership between Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based Blue Compass RV and Oklahoma City-based Love’s Travel Shops. Customers will receive exclusive discounts on gas, propane, and auto-diesel through Blue Compass’ RV Complete app as well as through the Love’s Connect app. Additional discounts on RV parking and hookups, food and drinks, and convenience items will be available through the partnership. The discounts will be available at participating Love’s Travel Shops throughout the U.S. It’s the most significant discount made available by Love’s to an RV dealership. 

“Collaborating with Blue Compass RV for this bundle of discounts allows us to continue to connect customers to RV amenities at Love’s like never before. We look forward to supporting Blue Compass customers by easing their access to the fuel and amenities needed to hit the road for their next adventure,” stated Ashley Gockstetter, Vice President of Customer Experience for Love’s.

Customers can access the discounts by scanning a barcode on the Love’s Connect app. The Blue Compass RV Complete app will seamlessly integrate with Love’s Connect app to offer 13 cents off per gallon of gasoline, 20 cents off for each gallon of auto-diesel, 50 cents off per propane gallon, and 50% off at dumping stations. Love’s boasts 640 travel centers across 42 states.

Frontier Airlines Unveils UpFront Plus Seating Option 

Frontier Airlines unveiled its UpFront Plus seating option to elevate the travel experience for the ultra-low fare carrier’s passengers. The upgrade promises to provide additional legroom and comfort with a blocked middle seat, promoting an enhanced feeling of added space. Customers can begin upgrading and reserving their UpFront Plus tickets on the Frontier website or the airline’s mobile app beginning April 10, 2024. Seating upgrades start at an introductory price of $49 for travel times between April 10 and April 30, when tickets are bought by March 20. 

“Many consumers strongly prefer a seating option that offers extra space when flying. Frontier is all about choice and giving consumers the flexibility to customize their travel to suit their individual needs and preferences. UpFront Plus is a great option for those who want expanded personal space and extra comfort,” said Frontier Airlines CEO Barry Biffle. 

Four seating options are available when booking Frontier flights: Upfront Plus, Premium, Preferred, and Standard. Upfront Plus provides the most amenities, with a blocked middle seat for more elbow room, extra legroom, first for inflight service, and quick exiting as the seats are located in the first two rows of the plane. Premium seating provides extra legroom, while Preferred seating has quick exit seats at the front of the aircraft.
