Shipt Increases Nationwide Reach with New Walgreens and 7-Eleven Launches
Same-day delivery company Shipt has added two new retailers that boost the number of store locations available on Shipt's marketplace by more than 40 percent. Now on the Shipt marketplace, customers have access to thousands of over-the-counter medications (OTC), beauty, personal care, household, and convenience products from health and wellness retailer Walgreens, as well as a variety of snacks, drinks, and household essentials from 7-Eleven. Together, these launches represent an impressive show of momentum and growth for Shipt, which now boasts a diverse collection of more than 140 retail partnerships.

"7-Eleven strives to be the first choice for convenience. Anytime, anywhere," said Raghu Mahadevan, 7-Eleven SVP and Chief Digital Officer. Kentucky Fried Chicken Launches #KentuckyFriedGivingChallenge, Giving Away $500,000 in Cash Grants to Nonprofits
Kentucky Fried Chicken and TikTok creator Isaiah Garza have teamed up to launch the #KentuckyFriedGivingChallenge. This grant fund will give away $500,000 in cash grants to nonprofits fighting hunger in communities across the U.S. via TikTok.

Similar to its very own Colonel Sanders, who believed in never passing anybody up and once gave a hitchhiker who happened to be a college student a ride and a full scholarship, KFC was inspired by TikTok's Creator Fund and philanthropic creators like Isaiah, best known for spreading positivity and changing lives through random acts of kindness on TikTok, to create the unique grant program.

Through the #KentuckyFriedGivingChallenge, KFC will award $40,000 to 11 nonprofits. Then, between April 4–18, fans will have the chance to cast their vote for one of the 11 finalist videos where the grand prize-winning nonprofit will be awarded an additional $60,000.
The Giant Company Drops Online Grocery Pickup Fee and Order Minimum
The Giant Company is giving customers more incentive to use online grocery pickup. For its Giant Direct and Martin's Direct e-grocery services, Carlisle, Pa.-based Giant said it has eliminated the order minimum and the fee for click-and-collect service. Previously, the grocer had required at least a $35 order and charged a $2.95 fee for order pickup.

"With today's customers having more choices than ever before, it's critical that we continue taking steps to differentiate our online shopping experience," Matt Simon, vice president of brand experience at The Giant Company, said in a statement. "Not only do these enhancements accelerate our omnichannel strategy, but they also provide our Giant Direct and Martin's Direct customers with greater convenience and value, uniquely positioning The Giant Company as the online grocer of choice."
