Dunkin’s DD Perks Rewards Program Members Get to Celebrate Free Donut Fridays This March
Adding extra excitement to the end of the work week, Dunkin’ has announced Free Donut Fridays, offering members of Dunkin’s DD Perks® Rewards Program a free donut with the purchase of any beverage every Friday in March. Postmates and Instacart Introduce 'No Contact' Deliveries
Due to growing heath concerns, or for customers that simply prefer a non-contact delivery experience, Postmates and Instacart have both added “drop off options” for delivery service as some customers, for one reason or another, would prefer to have as little contact with others as possible. Postmates’ customers can select from options such as meeting at curbside, front door, or no-contact where they're left at the door. Last week, Instacart also launched "Leave at my door" delivery for its grocery drop offs, giving customers more flexibility and control over the delivery experience.
MGM Launches New Sports Betting Experience, BetMGM
Last week, MGM Resorts announced the release of BetMGM in Nevada and a new sports betting experience across its Las Vegas properties. The launch of BetMGM includes a state-of-the-art mobile betting app, the rebrand of MGM Resort’s sports books, and more than 100 gaming kiosks across MGM’s Las Vegas properties. With a focus on customer experience, BetMGM offers bettors in Nevada the flexibility to play from the convenience of their phones, in person at MGM Resorts sportsbooks, or from easily accessible gaming kiosks. Additionally, with each bet, BetMGM’s players earn points, benefits and rewards through its connection with MGM Resorts’ loyalty program M life Rewards.
Ford Expands Pilot Kiosk Test After Positive Customer Feedback
After seeing success from the initial pilot launch last fall, Ford is expanding its pilot digital kiosks for customers based on improved efficiency. The digital kiosks are placed in dealership service areas and allow customers to check-in and select services without interaction with a service advisor. "Our goal is to change the perception of the dealership experience," Robert De Filippo, global director, Ford Retail Customer Experience, said in a press release. "We can start to do this by meeting rising expectations for fast and reliable service and letting each customer know they matter to us."

Tesco Clubcard Holders Targeted by Loyalty Program Fraud
U.K. supermarket giant Tesco has recently warned its loyalty program members of a security incident that may have affected over 600,000 Clubcard holders. A Tesco representative shared that the brand was made aware of some fraudulent activity around the redemption of a small proportion Clubcard vouchers. Tesco has apologized to customers and confirmed that no loyalty points will be lost and that the company will issue new cards for affected members. Furthermore, Tesco shared that no financial data was accessed, and, as an additional security measure, customers will be asked to reset their account passwords.
