Panda Express® announced the launch of its first points-based rewards program — Panda Rewards™. The largest family-owned and operated Asian dining concept in the U.S. will provide all new members with a Welcome Gift of 25% off their order.

Panda Rewards uses a personalized points system that provides 10 Panda Points™ for every dollar spent on qualifying purchases. Guests can start redeeming rewards once they have accumulated 200 points. Additionally, guests’ first purchase every month will unlock a Good Fortune Gift™, which ranges from bonus points to discounts to free food.

"Sharing good fortune is an important value at Panda, and we are delighted to launch our first rewards program nationwide as a heartfelt expression of gratitude towards our loyal guests for their continued support throughout the years," says Andrea Cherng, Chief Brand Officer at Panda Express. "We look forward to engaging our guests in a playful and meaningful journey of good fortune as they collect unique prizes offering exceptional value every time they dine at Panda."

As members accrue more points, the rewards continue to increase, allowing guests to personalize their point earn and reward redemption based on their preferences. Panda Points also do not expire unless the member has not made a qualifying purchase in 12 months.
