Beginning in March 2024, rural lifestyle retailer Tractor Supply will offer Neighbors — its customer loyalty program members — more rewards and increased recognition designed to enhance the Neighbor’s Club experience. The brand promises that 30M+ Neighbors will be able to achieve higher tier levels more easily and enjoy increased benefits.
“Neighbor’s Club is such an important part of our connection with our customers — it’s one of the many ways we bring them value, while personalizing their shopping experiences and rewarding their loyalty,” says Kimberley Gardiner, Chief Marketing Officer at Tractor Supply.
Members of the customer loyalty program can now achieve Preferred status by spending much less (in a calendar year), earn rewards with fewer points, and take advantage of personalized offers that have been better customized to their interests based on previous purchases.
New tier qualifications driven by annual spend include:
Neighbor: $0 – $499.99
Preferred: $500 – $1,999.99
Preferred Plus: No change ($2,000+ or TSC credit card holder)
Additional benefits of Neighbor’s Club include birthday gifts, exclusive offers, and the convenience of making a return without a receipt. Program members at higher tier levels enjoy free same-day delivery, quarterly trailer rentals, and more.
Demonstrating its commitment to active military, veterans, and first responders in the communities Tractor Supply serves, the brand will automatically elevate those demographics to Preferred status in summer of 2024.

Program members with a Tractor Supply consumer credit card or a Tractor Supply Visa card earn rewards on purchases. Members should check their cardholder agreements for full details.
