In our Loyalty360 weekly roundup, we will highlight a few of our Brand Members, their fantastic work, and their dedication to customer loyalty and customer experience.

These stories are just a quick snapshot of what these brands have accomplished, as their companies, programs, and strategies represent some of the best the customer loyalty industry has achieved.

See below for this week's Loyalty360 member weekly roundup, including highlights from Giant Food, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Stop & Shop, and 7-Eleven.

Wyndham Rewards Eases Member Level Requirements, Offers 2,000 Bonus Points with Every Qualified Stay

Wyndham Hotels and Resorts is easing its requirements for earning Member Level statuses for 2020. Specifically, the brand is reducing the number of nights customers need to stay by 40 percent.

This new relaxation of requirements for earning member statuses is another way Wyndham is helping its customers feel comfortable getting back into the spirit of traveling. It has extended the expiration of any previously-earned Member Levels through the end of 2021 as well as pausing points expiration. Additionally, Wyndham is currently running a summer promotion, where members can earn 2,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points for every qualified stay, up to a maximum of 10,000 points over five stays.

Giant Food Announces Integrated eCommerce Platform

Giant Food has announced the launch of an Integrated eCommerce platform for customers that is available on the brand's new website as well as its mobile app. This new platform brings together both Peapod.com and Giantfood.com to create a single website in Giantfood.com. This new site allows personalized shopping, rewards program benefits, weekly coupons, and pharmacy and nutrition offerings.

The new platform improves overall customer experience, giving customers one central area to redeem digital coupons, view custom product recommendations, browse weekly ads, favorite items and grocery lists, and earn points with every purchase with the Giant Flexible Rewards Program.

Stop & Shop Announces Three New Warerooms and At Least 50 More Pickup Locations

Stop & Shop has announced it is adding three new warerooms and 50 more pickup locations. These new locations will help customers in the Northeast get their groceries delivered to their doors more quickly and easily. The brand currently has one warehouse and 21 warerooms prior to adding these three new warerooms in 2020, with pickup being available at 212 locations.

The brand has also expanded its availability on Instacart, now offering same-day delivery at 321 Stop & Shop stores. Additionally, it has hired 750 employees since March to help support its online operations.

7-Eleven Offers Seven Free Cups of Coffee to Loyalty Members

7-Eleven has announced that 7Rewards members can download the 7-Eleven app and get seven free cups of coffee through August 9. Also, those seven free drinks can be any size and don't need to be coffee. After this promotion, 7Rewards members can get any size coffee for $1 or any Big Gulp for 49 cents through the end of the summer.
