Planet Fitness Raises Over $1M for Boys & Girls Clubs of America in 2023 

Planet Fitness has added a $1M+ contribution to its list of donations made to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) since the fitness center giant began raising funds for the nonprofit organization in 2016. The total contributions Planet Fitness made to BGCA is now over $9M.   

“Every year, our Planet Fitness team is eager to continue supporting our longstanding partnership with BGCA, which provides ample resources to America’s youth within our Planet Fitness clubs and beyond,” says McCall Gosselin, Senior Vice President of Communications & Social Impact at Planet Fitness. “We’re incredibly grateful for the generosity of our members, team members, and franchisees.”  

“Planet Fitness’ continued support and longstanding partnership is crucial to our larger mission,” says Chad Hartman, National Vice President of Corporate Partnerships and Engagement, BGCA. “As one of the nation’s largest youth service providers, we are committed to promoting inclusion and acceptance in every single one of our Clubs, which aligns so well with Planet Fitness’ values.”  

Planet Fitness raises funds for BGCA through new memberships and fundraisers, including the recent October one held in honor of National Bullying Prevention Month. Planet Fitness members were invited to make donations online at PFGives.com and at U.S. and Puerto Rico clubs. Funds support BGCA’s initiatives, programs, and scholarships focused on helping youth create a kinder and more inclusive world.

Allegiant Opens Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor
