Tokens for Wins, DirectTV Rewards Customers for Loyalty
DirectTV has devised a unique way to engage and reward its consumers. The entertainment company kicked off its DIRECTV PERKS membership program with its “14 Days of Love” campaign. Existing subscribers will have a chance to win prizes ranging from retailer gift cards to hotel accommodations, tech prizes, and home renovations, among others. The prize tallies will reach $100,000+ daily for 1,000 winners from February 14 to February 27.

The reward program will also award customers with tokens for paying their bills on time and longstanding customers. The tokens will be redeemable toward entries in monthly sweepstakes and instant prizes. A weekly spin-to-win wheel is also in the works.

The innovative program reinforces customer loyalty and provides an immersive, interactive television experience by offering exclusive rewards and engaging consumers with targeted content. Customers can choose digital and physical reward options, and DirectTV says it’s only the beginning. The company plans to add more incentives as time goes on.

CMO Vince Torres stated, “DIRECTV PERKS membership is another way to showcase our commitment to rewarding customers and reinforce our appreciation for their loyalty.”
