Insomnia Cookies Launches 'Unlimited Cookie' Loyalty Program
Insomnia Cookies announced the launch of CookieMagic, the nation’s first “unlimited cookie” membership. Insomnia created CookieMagic based on feedback from loyal customers and emerging trends showing a growing demand for cookies across the country.

“We are excited to bring CookieMagic to our loyal Insomniacs, who can enjoy a free cookie whenever they want and save on their favorite desserts all year long. This is the ultimate club for cookie lovers. How Loyalty Programs Drive Digital Spending Among Different Generations
Delivering On Restaurant Rewards, a PYMNTS and Paytronix collaboration, found that 27 percent of consumers in the United States — roughly 67 million individuals — now place food orders at least twice a week, including dine-in, delivery and takeout.

This translates to 37 percent of the average restaurant’s customer base ordering at least eight times per month. Ordering and payments habits vary greatly across generational lines, however.
 
Krispy Kreme Offers Free Donuts All Year To Customers Who Get Inoculated
Winston-Salem, N.C.-based donut chain Krispy Kreme said it would give anyone who shows a valid vaccination card a free Original Glazed donut every time they visit a Krispy Kreme location throughout the rest of the year.

“We all want to get COVID-19 behind us as fast as possible, and we want to support everyone doing their part to make the country safe by getting vaccinated as soon as the vaccine is available to them,” said Dave Skena, chief marketing officer, Krispy Kreme.
 
Exchange Solutions Launches Comprehensive Loyalty Partnership with Kent Building Supplies
Exchange Solutions, a personalized loyalty solutions provider, announced a new partnership with Kent Building Supplies, a home improvement store chain that operates 48 retail locations across Eastern Canada. Kent Building Supplies is part of the J.D. Irving, Limited group of companies. Exchange Solutions will be working with Kent Building Supplies to optimize consumer engagement and loyalty program opportunities throughout the organization.

GameStop Appoints Chief Operating Officer
GameStop announced that it has appointed Jenna Owens to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Owens has a start date of March 29, 2021.

Ms. Owens brings approximately two decades of technology, operations, fulfillment, and supply chain experience to GameStop. Most recently, she was Director and General Manager for Distribution and Multi-Channel Fulfillment at Amazon. She previously held senior operations roles at Google and Honeywell. At GameStop, Ms. Owens will be responsible for overseeing functions that include business intelligence, fulfillment, supply chain, and store operations.
