Nepal Airlines Adds New Technology Partner Hitit
Nepal Airlines recently partnered with Hitit’s passenger service system solutions to realize its digital transformation. Hitit provides Nepal Airlines a flexible airline PSS solution with its ability to transform together with the industry, grow alongside its partners, and help them maximize customer experience. 

Nevra Onursal Karaagac, CMO at Hitit, said: "The conditions brought about by the pandemic have pushed airline companies to boost their technological capability. The impact of these conditions necessitated a new world order in the airline industry, increasing the importance of quality aviation software.” 

El Pollo Loco New Product Launch Social Media Success
El Pollo Loco launched a successful social media campaign to announce its LTO Shredded Beef Birria.  One of the main platforms El Pollo targeted was TikTok, tapping multiple influencers to reach a wide audience. The campaign received more than 21 million social media impressions and spawned thousands of pieces of organic, user-generated content by customers. 

Said CEO Larry Roberts, “Not only did we increase our marketing spend on social media, we created new, unique content across the major social media platforms, enabling us to send targeted messages to various user groups, particularly to our younger consumers.”

The brand said it is continuing to invest in loyalty, delivery, and digital marketing platforms to improve user experience.

Wawa Extends Fuel Discount for Rewards Members
Wawa has extended its mobile app fuel discount for Wawa Rewards members. Members who use the Wawa app on their phone to activate a fuel pump and pay at any Wawa fuel store will receive a discount of 15 cents per gallon every time they fuel up during the designated time period.

According to Wawa, the program has been very successful thus far, with more than a quarter-million Rewards members already having taken advantage of this discount. In addition, Wawa Rewards members earn rewards for everyday purchases on Wawa offerings. Throughout the year, Wawa also gives out surprise bonus rewards including fuel discounts, to Wawa Rewards members.
