Cinemark Giving Away Private Halloween Watch Parties
Cinemark is making sure that no matter what the weather looks like this year, it is going to be a "boo-tiful" Halloween. The movie theater chain is giving away 1,000 private Halloween watch parties this year for Halloween day in an effort to make 2020 just a little bit better.

"In this ever-changing environment, Cinemark is happy to offer an alternative way to celebrate Halloween by bringing back some of the best movies for family fun or fright and giving away 1,000 Private Watch Parties."

The week, which the U.S. Congress proclaimed a national event in 1992, has a twofold mission to not only encourage organizations to recognize their customer service representatives' hard work, but also highlight the critical role that customer service plays in successfully running a business.

Owing to the challenges introduced by COVID-19, this year’s event—set for Oct. 5-9—will certainly have a different tone, but it would be unwise to abandon the celebration altogether.
Samantha Conyers: Raising the Bar on Customer Experience
Samantha Conyers started in customer experience in a small role at Goldman Sachs, London, but what she learned there was that great customer experiences don't just happen – there's a lot of background work that goes into creating the environment for it.
