Wayfair’s Generative AI Pilot App Now on Apple Vision Pro
Home décor online marketplace Wayfair is offering Apple Vision Pro users an enhanced shopping experience through its generative AI application, Decorify. The app pilot enables shoppers to upload photos of rooms and spaces to generate design ideas. Sample images are also available in the Decorify app. The intention is to provide Wayfair customers with an immersive experience to better help them envision new looks for their homes and other spaces.
“Apple Vision Pro represents an innovative new way for shoppers to style their rooms and experience our catalog directly in their homes. We can’t wait to learn how our customers use Apple Vision Pro to explore their spaces and find their perfect item,” says Wayfair Chief Technology Officer Fiona Tan.
“We have long believed spatial computing is the next evolution of computing where information is not bound by the 2D screen and the space around you becomes an integral part of your experience,” adds Shrenik Sadalgi, Director of Research and Development at Wayfair.

Strategic Partnership with Small Luxury Hotels of the WorldTM Increases Hilton Portfolio
A partnership formed between global hospitality company Hilton and the community of independent hotels, Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH), offers Hilton guests the opportunity to stay at an additional 560 boutique hotels across 90 countries. The exclusive partnership provides 180M+ Hilton Honors loyalty program members with a chance to earn and redeem points at participating SLH properties.
“This relationship with Small Luxury Hotels of the World will grant Hilton customers and Hilton Honors members access to a community of high-end boutique hotels in exciting new luxury travel destinations, giving them more ways to dream, book, and earn and redeem points with Hilton,” says Chris Silcock, President, Global Brands and Commercial Services, Hilton.
Guests will be able to book stays at SLH hotels included in the partnership through all Hilton channels. This will enable SLH hotels to reach a wider audience of travelers while providing them with more options when choosing their next stay. Kroger Taps Intelligence Node’s AI-powered Algorithm To Improve Third-party Sellers’ Product Listings
In order to improve product listings from third-party sellers included in the Kroger marketplace, the retail grocer is collaborating with retail analytics firm Intelligence Node. The firm’s algorithms leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), enhancing product copy and providing dynamic pricing to remain competitive as market trends shift.
“From product copy and ratings to reviews and taxonomy, customers are searching out more information than ever before and providing what they need, when they need it is important,” says Michael Murphy, Group Vice President of Analytics and Execution at Kroger.
In addition to offering technology solutions that help online marketplaces provide customers with a “consistent digital content experience,” Intelligence Node aims to deliver a content management solution that may boost rankings within search engine results when customers are looking for products online.
