TangerClub now rewards guests for their shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences at any of Tanger's upscale, open-air shopping centers across the United States and Canada. The program introduces a tiered structure that offers increasingly valuable benefits at each level. Starting with the "Blue" free tier, guests can join by simply providing their email address and earn points on every purchase made at a Tanger center. By subscribing to the "Gold" tier for an annual fee of $20, members gain access to enhanced retailer offers and earn double points on every dollar spent. Tanger's most loyal customers can reach the "Platinum" level by meeting a spending threshold, unlocking the best retailer offers, and earning triple points.
As part of the loyalty program update, Tanger is revamping its digital platforms to provide customers with a more interactive and seamless experience. The newly launched TangerClub app will empower shoppers to effortlessly discover and utilize customized digital offers that are relevant to their interests and specific Tanger location.
