The Ritz-Carlton is happy to debut several new websites, introducing an elevated digital experience to launch its future vision of the brand. The comprehensive redesign touches Ritzcarlton.com, more than 110 each individual hotel websites, RitzCarltonReserve.com, and the six Reserve property websites. As the first part of the customer journey, the Ritz-Carlton team envisioned a more sophisticated digital display for its web content as well as creating a seamless experience from start to finish that is indicative of the brand’s thoughtful evolution and iconic legacy.

The website is a key opportunity to connect with guests before their arrival at a hotel or resort. It is a platform where The Ritz-Carlton translates the brand’s longstanding gold standards – its credo, its service values, and the integral elements of its culture that make the brand so beloved – into striking visuals, inspiring stories, robust editorial content, and useful information.  

The Ritz-Carlton partnered with the digital agency, Code and Theory, who has worked with clients like Vogue, Cartier, and more. The result is the digitized elegance, sophistication and exceptional service that guests at the Ritz-Carlton can expect. Dynamic, engaging video enhances the experience throughout the site, transporting guests to stunning destinations across the globe.
